"It was good for the price. We had some issues with the heating (too hot) and could smell a faint smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. The location was great and we loved the view from the windows. The space was extremely clean & quiet. Highly recommended for a no frills budget stay. "

"It was good except the staff that maintain the hot tub pool area decided to back wash the hot tub on a Saturday night and it was freezing cold Sunday. Should do it during the week "

"Our experience was great. The room decor is dated but clean and functional. The pool is much larger than a standard hotel pool-15 yds I believe with two line lanes for laps. Both the pool towels and room towels were brand new. Good location for Saratoga Springs activities at a reasonable price."

"All in all it was a good place to stay. It is an older motel , but has been pretty well kept up. We were going to a SPAC concert and it was very easy to get to and from the venue. There is a pool that looks clean and well taken care of. There was a very good BBQ restaurant within walking distance. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. It is close to a busy roadway and you can hear the traffic, but I plan on staying on staying there again in the near future. "

"This modern and well designed hotel was perfect for our needs. Didn’t use the spa, but the pool looked lovely if it had been a summer visit. The breakfast had protein choices, which makes for a great start on a vacation day, much appreciated. "
