Motel One hotels in Sarasota

"Breakfast was standard for similar hotels. Eggs that were made from cartons (ie egg white mixtures with yellow food coloring) vs actual whole eggs. Turkey sausage. Chopped potato hash browns. Pancake and waffle makers. Dry cereal, packaged oatmeal, fruit, yogurt. Nothing tasted great. We ended up eating elsewhere. Room was clean but toilet had very low pressure. Was afraid it would clog at any minute. Images focus on the nice side of the hotel. The entry side is not very attractive. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear your neighbors talking, etc, very clearly. Worse... We knew it was near an airport but you will loudly hear and occasionally feel every flight. No sound proofing was done. We had flights until 1am. Overall the price was good. The hotel was adequate for an evening and it was clean. The view on the opposite side of the entrance is beautiful. "

"Elevator nightmare. No safe smoking area for guests after 10pm. Laundry shakes the whole building, appreciated the quiet part which starts at 10pm but being shaken awake before 8am because the bed is vibrating wasn’t what we planned for a relaxing vacation "

"Friendly staff, felt welcomed and cared for. Complimentary cookies from morning to night from their full service resturant near by. Borrowed beach chair/umberalla from hotel (relatively rare) and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Only downside, breakfast which was same menu everyday. "

"It’s like hitting the jackpot! My daughter and I stayed there to attend a ballet audition and during the stay, we both received an excellent service from the staff. The breakfast is great as well and very close to the airport and ballet studio. I recommend this place!"

"Only stay for 1 night. The things we didn’t like were that there were no outlets on one side of the bed.The toilet and shower compartments were not private at all"
