We really enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and organized. The laundry was plus to not have to pack wet clothes for the drive home. The short walk to the beach was great! We’ll definitely be staying here again next year!

Had everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped. Chairs in living room would benefit from some cleaning or new slip covers. Beds are comfy. Pool area is nice. We enjoyed our stay

This place was excellent! We had our own unit and pool with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and wagon to take the beach! All beaches are close to this location. The private pool had plenty of float devices and toys for the kids to use. I highly recommend this stay! Clean, friendly, and so much to do!

Reported to the property management of the door to the pool was not securing. Was not able to lock or close. My 2 year old grandson lended on the door and it just opened. Please replace immediately.

Everything was great with the house only issue was the extra amount owed upon arrival was not told as Expedia said I owed certain amount at property once I arrived but was charged more than said by Expedia. The property checkin told me that it’s a problem with Expedia they need to fix but I was still charged.

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. I do not recommend it. - The towels in the bathrooms are extremely small - The furniture in the living room is full of stains, furniture in the master room is missing a handle to open the drawers - the pool impossible to enjoy because is dirty. - Calling the management office is impossible because they don't answer the phone - the Wi-Fi service is extremely slow - The complementary beach supplies that they advertise as towels, chairs and umbrellas are very dirty and old They are advertising themselves and charging as a luxurious beach property but that is not what you will obtain. -roaches in rooms and kitchen

The unit was clean and nicely decorated but needed light bulbs replaced laundry room light not working. Couldn't find switch to turn on pool light or could of automatic and light out?? Master shower water pressure very low. Other bath tub handle needs checked. Got locked out of unit when used the deadbolt lock. Maintenance did come he couldn't get it opened using code he had to use a crowbar to open lock.

We had a nice stay at this property in Siesta Key. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. The house itself had everything we needed. The beds were huge and comfortable. The shared pool was a nice way to cool off after a walk in the sun. The only negative we had was the door off the kitchen which led to the pool wouldn’t lock. This was a safety issue being there with two small children. They could easily push the door open and access the pool. We notified the property manager but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Other than that, everything was great and we would return for future vacations.

The villa was clean and quiet. TVs in all rooms, great showers and good AC. Could have used to basic supplies (ie, Salt and pepper, dish soap etc). Pool was good but turned green until the pool guy showed up to treat. Overall, would probably come back.

Great little place

Great little home and peaceful. We had a pool to share with another home but we never really saw them or shared the pool. The beach is a block away walking distance. Only thing I would say was that the water in the shower was not so hot. Besides that A+

In all of our travels we have never been so misled. The management co would never answer the phone. The heated pool didn’t work. Lights didn’t work. Showers were a joke. Kitchen utensils were ancient. Black mold on the ceiling and way overpriced

Loved the pool and cabana area. Just wish there was something to clean out the pool and clean off the sidewalks from the tree debris. Thankful to the owners for providing a beach cart, however our side of the condo was old and broken. We again appreciated all of the dishware that was provided, just a suggestion to pro upon holders for cooking in the oven.

We loved the pool area was great! So nice they had beach chairs we could use. They could maybe be updated soon though. I had to check each one. Some were rusty and some were starting to rip at the seams. The unit was very clean. The internet was not working very well. We were able to connect to the WiFi but it was so slow and nothing was loading on it.

Had an amazing trip, great location, short walk to the beach, right off the main strip with easy transportation to shopping and a short cab drive to the village. The house was clean, pool was great. Would be happy to stay here again.

Cute bungalow w all the comforts of home

The house is quaint and provides all you need for a comfortable stay. The beach decor is everything you would expect of a beach house. The pool area is tropical and makes you feel miles away from home. I would stay here again.
