"The rooms a pretty clean. Although they advertise that we will get regular daily housekeeping we did not. I don’t know what the helicopter like sound are in the mornings every morning but I could have done without. Gym is very well equipped and the pool is clean. The breakfast service is not worth the price everything was cold and bland so I would recommend using your $20 per person somewhere else. Also the guy working the restaurant the day we went couldn’t be bothered to get missing items that...

"Not pleased with being charged extra days fir the parking you'll be paying fir as the call it a "night audit." They don't guve you a receipt and charge you a unknown rate fir a deposit until you see your card charges. The fitness center also had garbage all over and no cups for the water."

"I did enjoy pool and hot tub and laundry facilities were convenient. Room was ok, water was not always hot in the shower, had to pull handle up on toilet to keep from running, not the cleanest room I’ve been in, refrigerator makes noise and air was unreliable. I did not have housekeeping and when I asked for towels she asked me to speak Spanish? Housekeepers constantly slamming doors when cleaning, not a relaxing week, but manageable. Some of the staff were friendly but most uninterested with...

"⭐️ 1 Star
Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The hotel is extremely old and the room was not properly cleaned. There was hair on the floor when we arrived, which was unacceptable.
The AC was also leaking water directly into the room, creating a mess and making the room uncomfortable. On top of that, they only provided two towels, which was not enough.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I do not recommend staying...
