"Excellent hotel with a great location. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the wellness area was a great place to unwind. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable, and we really appreciated how attentive they were throughout our visit. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again."

"Room was clean, staff were really friendly! Breakfast was excellent! Lots of different choices! Hotel has a garage and we felt very safe by leaving car in the garage and walking to bascarsija which only took about 6-7 min to walk! My whole family stayed throughout different times at this hotel. Thank you for everything! Keep up the great work."

"We were super late to check in because of the disruptive buses in Mostar, but the staff made sure to leave an envelope with our keys on the front desk beforehand. We were so grateful to be able to check in seamlessly, and even during the check out process the next day, the lady at the desk named Sara was super sweet and helpful. Thank you so much!"
