Lovely little hotel.

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Pansion River and it was great. it is in a good location and has a fantastic view from its balcony and restaurant terrace. It was very quiet when I was there and I think we were the only ones staying there. Its a little tired in places but the charm outweighs this.

The room was as expected, big and nice. But the cleaning shoud be better. Noone cleaned the room or changed towels or took garbidge these three days we were there. The bathroom has problems with humidity, the ceeling is black...And the reception doesn't accept cards, so be prepared to pay in cash for your stay. But i loved the terrace and the view.

Wonderful stay and wonderful hosts

We booked with Pansion River and were upgraded to their adjoining hotel, Hotel Bentbasa. Ermin from Pansion River and his cousin Haris from Hotel Bentbasa went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The room was lovely, and we enjoyed the restaurant right over the river. Old town Sarajevo was a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Ermin and Haris for a wonderful stay in Sarajevo!

Spacious room with nice balcony and great location

We were really happy with the stay - great location close to the old town. Very spacious room with a huge tree growing up through the floor and continuing through the ceiling - so awesome. Nice private balcony. Not meticulously clean in all corners, but the important things (bed sheets, bathroom, etc.) were spotless. Would gladly stay there again :)

manzarası ve kahvaltısı için belki gidilir

Penceresiz oda seçtiğimi bilmiyordum çok pişman oldum. Alt katta bir oda verdiler tuvaletlerden koku geliyordu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Nehirin yanında olduğu için oldukça rutubet kokusu vardı. Yatağımızı 2 kişilik yekpare bir yatak bekliyorduk ama yanyana konulmuş 2 adet tek kişilik yatak vardı rahatsız ediciydi. Tek güzel yanı nehir manzarası olması, sessizliği ve kahvaltısı idi. İnternet sabah saatlerinde iyi ama akşam yavaş. Resepsiyon civarında kedi besliyorlar fakat kedilerin tuvaletleri tüm resepsiyonu kokutmuş çok berbat bir koku vardı genel olarak koku açısından pek beğenmedim

Öncelikle mekan göl kenarı sessiz sakin rahat aynı zamanda şehir merkezine 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde tam köşe bir lokasyonda ,göl kenarına kurulu eski ahşap bir yapı Temizlik konusuna gelirsek genel olarak bakınca temiz fakat odadaki halı hiç süpürülmemiş olacak ki üzerinde milyonlarca kedi tüyü vardı , muhtemelen cam açıktı sevimli bir arkadaşımız halının üzerinde uyudu , çünkü yatakta böyle bir durum yoktu , wc duş ve gardrop temizdi . Kahvaltı dahil aldıysanız kahvaltı sabah 08-10 arası , kahvaltı olarak 2 dilim peynir 2 dilim salam haslanmıs ve sahanda yumurta reçel çikolata ve mevsim meyveleri geliyor , kahvaltı olarak ne beklediğinize bağlı olarak yeterli olup olmaması herkese göre değişir . Odada mini buzdolabı yok , su ısıtıcı var fakat şişe su yok koridordaki sebilden su alıyorsunuz , kış ayında gittik ısıtma doğalgaz ile yapılıyor dısarısı eksi olsada oda çok sıcaktı , yalnız klima yok yazın gidecek olanlar için nasıl bir çözümleri oldugunu bilmiyorum , giderken yanınızda terlik götürmeniz iyi olur çünkü terlikte yok… Oda da tv ve güçlü bir wifi ağı mevcut Başta söylediğim gibi otelin konumu çok iyi merkez 5 dk ve tamamen göl kenarından yuruyebilirsiniz Sabah terasta kahvenizi yudumlayıp gun dogumu sehir ve göl manzarasının kuş cıvıltıları eşliğinde tadını çıkarabilirsiniz Otel sahipleri çok anlayıslı ve kibar ellerinden geldiğince her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar , kredi kartı geçmiyor nakit € veya KM geçiyor Not : resepsiyonda çogu zaman kimse olmuyor…

Great Location and Amazing View

Beautiful location and a short walk from the old town. The room we got was clean and spacious for four. There was a tree growing through the room and the architect planned the room so they can save the ancient tree. The trunk was inside the room with a few green leaves but the canopy was outside giving the room a shade. Nice balcony that opened onto the river with great views. Breakfast was free but limited. I took my family our from breakfast as there were many local places to eat and at a very reasonable price.

Bra läge precis vid gamla stan. Fina mysigt inredda rum med balkong ut mod floden. Rent och med bra badrum. Men framförallt en jättetrevlig personal som gav bra information och som fixade lunchpaket när vi skulle iväg tidigt till Mostar. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

Great Value for the Money

While the Pansion River looks a little rough on the outside, it is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. My room was small, but perfect for what I needed. It was in great condition and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Instead of a buffet, you order off the menu. The location is just a few minute walk from old town Sarajevo. I was able to walk all around the major attractions in the city. I got an incredible value for what I paid.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour une visite à pieds car il est à proximité de la vieille ville .. Chambre propre et confortable (avec terrasse) avec une belle vue sur la rivière. Le Personnel est attentionné et tres sympathique.
