"Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The staff, especially Sarah, were wonderful and very helpful. They went out of their way to assist when they were asked. The breakfast was fresh with good variety. Rooms are air conditioned and the location is steps away from the old town. Hotel was renovated recently. Only improvement suggested is bathroom maintenances. Touch up painting and replacement of some broken tiles will make it look great."

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

"Our host was very friendly and helpful, with great tips about the area. The room was exceptionally clean, and the location was excellent—safe and convenient. We highly recommend staying here!"
