"I had a great stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The location was excellent, situated between Susukino and Sapporo JR Station, making it easy to get around the city. Everything we wanted to see, do, and eat was within close proximity. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent and a great way to start each day before exploring Sapporo. What stood out was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo again and will be coming back on my next visit to Sapporo."
