Place was confortable and clean. Rooms are very nice, also Breakfast was quite good, for a holiday hotel is perfect. However we had a couple of issues: When we arrived they told us that we could only stay 1 night even we had received a confirmation for 7 nights because they had some private parties the next 2 days. They said that in Turkey pages like Hotels.com dont work properly and they could not inform us in advance. Fortunaly they were able to sort it out and we stayed there the whole week (2 days without access to the pool area though). We also had some issues to get correct invoices to submit to our company (as it was a business trip).

Güzel ve Harika Geçirilmiş Bir Tatil

Sahipleri bizi ilk olarak çok sıcak karşıladılar odalar ve otel olarak çok temiz ve nezih insanlar tercih ediyor. Odamıza çıktığımızda güzel sevecen kaliteli ve temiz bir odayla karşılaştık hiç bir konuda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Bir daha Sapanca'ya gittiğimizde burada konaklamayı tercih edeceğiz. Serpme kahvaltısı çok kaliteliydi. Sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz

Mükemmel Konaklama :)

Merhabalar, cumartesi girişli 1 gecelik konaklama gerçekleştirdik. İlk giriş anından çıkış anımıza kadar mükemmel ağırlandık. İşletme sahibi Banu Hanım nazik ve güler yüzlü olduğu gibi çok ta ilgiliydi. İlk giriş anımızda akşam yemeği tercihimizi sordu ve bize detaylar hakkında bilgi iletti. Akşam yemeğimizde ise sürekli memnun olup olmadığımızı farklı bir ihtiyacımız varsa yardımcı olabileceğini bize sürekli sorarak ilgisini hissettirdi. Sabah ta aynı ilgiyle kahvaltımızı yaptık. Hem akşam yemeklerinin hem de kahvaltının lezzetleri efsaneydi. İşletmeyi karı koca olarak yönettiklerini söylemişti ve daha önceden otel yöneticiliği deneyimlerinin olması da onların farkını ortaya koydu. Biz gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Gözüm kapalı öneriyorum ve tavsiye ediyorum. Sapancada deli gibi para kazanmaya çalışan mekanların dışında burası sakinlik huzur ve lezzet bulmak isteyenlerin tek adresi olmalı :)
