we are really make mistake when we book with hotel .com because we make booking for 2 night and they kicked us out only one night we stay with tension and they say we not receive money from holet.com and after we get angry with them they pay less amount for remaining night ,,, for that my family get mad and not happy ,, i will never book again with hotel,com and im not recommend this property and not recommend any one book with holet.com

2 günlüğüne gitmiştik girişte tabelası yoktu telefon ve tarif ile bulduk yerini. Gittiğimiz gün su kesintisi vardı tesiste o gün öyle helak oldu. 2. Gün getirilen havlular kesinlikle vasattı. Çünkü kurulanmak istediğinizde bütün tüyleri yüzünüze yapışıyordu. Mutfak eşyaları ocak temizlik konusunda 10 üzerinden 3 idi. Onun dışında kahvaltısı mükemmel ama dediğim gibi temizlik konusunda daha titiz olunmalı.

Jakuzisi çalışmıyordu ama genel olarak güzel

Genel olarak memnunduk ama geceliğine 10bin TL verdiğimiz bu bungalovdan jakuzi hizmetini alamadık. Arızalıydı ve tamirci bulamadılar. Keşke biz girmeden gerekli kontrolleri sağlasaydınız.

Peyzaj, yapilan ikramlar ve kahvalti gayet güzeldi. Jakuzi olanagi olmasi çok iyiydi. Yalniz yataklardan birinde yorgan yoktu ve yerine pike getirildi. Cattle yoktu. Bir de açik havuz çok temiz olmadiğı için giremedik.

Bungolow Son derece korunaklı olması bizi daha mutlu etti. Eksiksiz herşeyi düşünülmüş Çalışan. Arkadaşlar çok ilgiliydi temizlik konusunda başarılı ve havuz suyu 7/24 sıcak haldeydi yolun bazı noktaları bozuldu ama ulaşıma. En gel değil Tavsiye edeceğim bir konaklama. Oldu.

Her şey bir yana misafirperverlik harika

Biz ailecek çok gezeriz. Bu sebeple çok fazla yerde konaklama hizmeti almışızdır. Fakat bu mekan kadar hani müşteri bir şey istesin de yerine getirelim diyerek hazırda bekleyen başka bir yer daha görmedim. Yönetici can ben ve saha görevlisi büşra hanımın her konuda yardımcı olma isteklerini anlata anlata bitiremem. Biz çok sevdik umarım tekrar görüşürüz.

BİR ÇOK EKSİĞİ VAR!!

Çevre düzenlemesi olarak berbattı.Ana yoldan bungalova giden yol delik deşik ve çamur içindeydi.Diğer bungalovların yön tabelası olmasına rağmen buranın yoktu.Otopark yeri de çamur içinde ve berbattı.Bungalovun içinden bahsedersek temizlik konusunda iyidi.İçerideki bakım malzemeleri ve ekipman olarak eksiklikler vardı.Tv de sinyal yoktu bizde kullanmadığımız için problem yapmadık.İnternet bağlantısı da yoktu bizim bungalovda.Havuzu çok iyiydi 24 saat sıcaktı.İçeride ısınma klima ve Ufo ile yapılıyor.Kahvaltısından da çok memnun kaldık.Personeller de elinden geldiğince ilgilendiler.
