This was an amazing property and area. The host Paula was so accommodating and very responsive whenever we had a question. I can't say enough about how beautiful São Vicente is. Perfect spot with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store for all your needs.

It was clean, beds were comfy. Paula was welcoming and she messaged to ensure we were alright and recommended some activities. The apartment is right next to a bar, if you have trouble sleeping, you might struggle a little. The restaurant next door is very nice, cofee and cakes are delicious. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away from the flat, where you can buy everything you need. We visited in June and kept the window open all day to ensure the flat would be cool. I'd definetly come back.

Great communication from the owner. Missing a few conveniences that would have been a nice touch (coffee pods, extra toilet paper, soap etc). Other than that the location was perfect. Right above a cool bar that wasn’t noisy at all. Slept with an open window and the sounds of the ocean waves.

Good price, right on the beech, plenty of restaurants and bars. a grocery store, a bakery and in a good location as a base for exploring the central and north cost area.

Hébergement correct super bien placé sur le front de mer mais malheureusement le logement est très mal isolé (beaucoup de bruit et lumière le matin). Le logement est également vieillissant et pas super propre.

Posizione buona se si è al nord... Casetta vista mare che è la cosa più bella... Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti bar e supermercato, in cui vengono anche le persone dei paesi vicini. La host super gentile e disponibile 👍 Pulizia nella media, qualche asciugamano in più e carta igienica in più sarebbe meglio. Peccato che non c'è un terrazzino negli appartamenti 2-3.. L'interno potrebbe essere mantenuto meglio, la tinta dai muri che si scrostava probabilmente per sale e muffa.. Preparatevi a sentire musica e urla fino a tardi dal bar di sotto (fino all'1/2 di notte almeno) Per quello che abbiamo pagato comunque è stato molto buono!

The apartment is spacious, bright and airy (many windows), in a renovated house with character. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well equipped for simple meals. The bar downstairs serves a good poncha. Staying here in August, we were able to swim at the beach across the street. Although this is a remote and quiet part of Madeira, the street outside is quite busy with a mix of locals and tourists and together with crashing waves, it can get noisy. We slept quite well nevertheless.

Die Unterkunft ist schoen gelegen, geraeumig und sauber. Es hat einiges an Ausstattung gefehlt - z.B. Haken im Badezimmer, eine Pfanne, eventuell eine Kaffeemaschine (allerdings konnte man unten sehr guten coffee to go kaufen). Insgesamt zu empfehlen, wenn man ein wenig abseits der Touristenstroeme wohnen moechte.
