They were doing construction on the property at night. I notified them of the noise that was disturbing me along with recordings of hammering and they were asking me to go out in my hallway to try to figure out where it’s coming from. I’m in a high-rise building, how am I supposed to figure that out?

Horrible customer service, no WiFi

I would advise strongly to not book this apartment. The customer service is next to nothing. The apartment is fine but they ask you biometrics and passport to register entry system. During my whole stay there was no internet. I reported it 5 times and there was no resolution. They said it takes 24 hours for them to resolve issues. Considering I was staying 2 nights this was unacceptable. They didn’t offer any alternatives either. Pretty basic amenities, 2 glasses, 2 cups and one nespresso capsule for each day. Felt like a prison. Check out time is 11 which is less than hotels and check in time is 3 pm. It’s much better to book a hotel instead where you can at least leave your luggage in case of early arrival or late flight. Just a management company managing the property so I advise not to book it

Disappointing Experience, Poor customer services

The whole experience was unexpectedly disappointing. Internet is out of services for the whole stay (4 nights). The customer services asked me to contact to other WiFi (in other rooms) but no internet still. Then they mentioned that they would send a technician on the next day but that person never came. The room provides very limited cookwares & appliances - no pans, no kettle, no spatula, no boiling pot. The stove was so poor that it took 10mins+ to boil 250ml of water. Location is okay but you need to be careful about the safety around the area. I tried to spall to the nearest supermarket beside the McDonald’s in 5-min walk. Full of homeless people stayed under a footbridge, blocking the way between the residence and the supermarket. Completely not recommended.

I had a booking for several nights. First there was huge problems checking in. Hadnt recieved a door code and reception was clueless regarding checkin. Door code didnt work so got a new room. Smaller and there the AC was not working. Couldnt be fixed so another change of rooms. This time things worked. But door frame kept falling apart. Someone came to fix but he just pushed the door frame back fastened with 1 nail. Asked for more toilet paper and soqp but was told to go buy it ourselves. I think 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 persons 6 nights its a bit little to be honest.

The customer service team is HORRIBLE. They seem to be in total disconnect with the front desk staff. Upon arrival at the property, if your name isn’t yet in the system, they will not let you in and will make no efforts to reach out to the “remote” customer service team. There is no phone number to call and the customer service team can only be reached by text message. A complete joke. I spent more than 30 min on a back and forth with them to get my name to finally added to the system to gain entry into the building even though I had provided the documentation hours in advance. The front desk team simply said that it was my responsibility to figure out why my name was in their system. Let that sink in.

O quarto era super aconchegante e a varanda excelente! Tudo muito confortável. Mas a cozinha deixou a desejar… escolhi um local com cozinha, justamente para não ter que ficar comendo fora todos os dias. Não havia pano de prato e nem escorredor para louças. Não havia suporte para filtro de café (tive que comprar um para usar por apenas 3 dias), além de não ter purificador ou filtro de água. Tive que ficar comprando garrafas plásticas. Ter um filtro ou purificador é o mínimo em um flat ou apto com cozinha equipada. Apesar disso, recomendo muito. Tudo limpo, confortável e decoração muito aconchegante.

O Quarto tinha tudo para ser perfeito, mas alguns detalhes, que facilmente poderiam ser resolvido, deixou a desejar. Ao chegar no prédio, fomos muito bem recebidas por uma mulher loira (não sei o nome, desculpas), que gentilmente nos ajudou a fazer o checkin. Ao entrar no quarto, encontramos tudo bem organizado, a limpeza regular, ainda que muito cheiroso o ambiente. O banheiro tem MUITA infiltração, a pia apresenta problemas para descer a água. Já no cozinha, faltam mais equipamentos para realizar uma refeição básica. Não tem filtro no apartamento, tampouco pano de prato, e um pouco mais de utensílios de mesa seria muito bom. A cama era confortável e limpa. Senti necessidade de sacos plásticos para colocar lixos e informações sobre onde armazená-lo. A internet ficou dois dias sem funcionar, mas quando solicitado ajuda, consegui resolver o problema. Por fim, a vista é muito bonita e a varanda deu respiro para o ambiente, além de ser um ótimo lugar para se maquiar e tomar um agradável café da manha. Achei a localização ruim, levando em consideração a proximidade de comércios. O apartamento fica a uma boa distancia da estação do metrô, o que facilita, mas acabei pegando bastante Uber. Ficaria novamente no quarto, mas os pedidos precisam ser atendidos, já que são reclamações vistas em vários comentários sobra a hospedagem e que parecem não serem atendidas.

O apartamento é no primeiro andar virado para uma obra. Isso foi muito incômodo. O banheiro estava cheio de infiltrações e com mau cheiro. A cama era confortável. Pouco utensílios nas cozinha, mas atendeu.

O studio é uma gracinha. Fiquei 2 noites hospedada com meu noivo. Mesmo sendo pequeno, não faltou nada. Porém achei a limpeza meia boca. A varanda estava bemmmmm empoeirada, o banheiro tinha alguns lodos e marcas no box e nas paredes.

primeira vez com Charlie...foi razoavel, comunicacao muito precaria, atraso na ocupacao do ape e este precisa ter cabides na porta do banheiro para pendurar roupas de troca e faltou espaço para colocar escova de dente, perfume, creme dental,, barbeador etc. desconfortavel o banheiro, inclusive sem ducha higienica.
