"Ótima localização, bem no centro histórico, possibilitando acesso aos principais pontos turísticos a pé. A pousada se situa em um casarão antigo, tem uma estrutura bem bonita e conservada. Todos os funcionários, sem exceção, foram super simpáticos e ofertaram um ótimo atendimento. Os quartos não possuem ar-condicionado devido as normas que não permitem determinadas alterações, mas como fomos em uma época bem fria não fez falta. O quarto possui TV com sky, mas é mais antiga, então não pegava...

"I wouldn’t stay on this property again. They gave me a room on the third floor, no elevator and no one to help us with my luggages. It was located on a very downhill street, we were afraid to slide down hill. The bed was hard like a rock. The breakfast didn’t impress me ."

"The photos of the double room are misleading. It appeared to have plenty of space with a nice view of the busy city sidewalks. Instead, our room was woefully small and was damp with a smell of mildew. Our view was an alleyway rather than overlooking the business of the people around town.The staff was friendly but not very helpful overall. We plan to visit this amazing town again but will skip staying here next time. "

"For the price the property is decent. The bed was comfortable and coffee and pastries are served for breakfast. Expect no heating during the winter months of the southern hemisphere as it can be cold. "

"The stay there was generally great. Good view from the accommodation, quiet and good breakfast. Service is nice, and efficient through WhatsApp. Only one issue is the last night of my stay there are termites. I know that they are not harmful, but the wings and worms dropped on my baggage. I don’t know if there are efficient and sustainable way to avoid this or not. Guess it might be a common issue living in old buildings. Overall, Ouro Preto is so nice, worth coming and living for some time."

"I liked the guy in charge of the place and this place was very, very cheap, so one can not expect much. Further more, we are Danish, so maybe we are spoiled. Never the less, we booked for 18 people (two times 9 bed dorms). We called in advance to make sure we knew what to bring. We were instructed only to bring towels. When we arrived there were only mattresses for 12 people, pillows and linnen for 8. We could have brought that stuff, so it was dissapointing that we were not told when we called....
