A localização do flat é boa. Mas a chave/fechadura do apto apresentou problemas em 100% das entradas, tendo que retornar à recepção para que a chave fosse novamente magnetizada. Além disso a limpeza do apto não estava boa, apenas andando entre a sala e o banheiro a sola do pé já ficou escura, inviabilizando que ficasse sem sapatos no imóvel. e o box do banheiro apresentava pastilhas faltando no piso, fazendo com que tivesse que tomar cuidado ao tomar banho para não machucar o pé.
