É um lugar familiar muito gostoso, contato com a natureza, Café da manhã gostoso com variedades. pessoas muito educadas, te tratam muito bem. Perfeito para descansar a cabeça. Só não é excelente devido as condições do banheiro, dentre outras coisas a porta sanfonada desencaixada e quase grudada na cabeceira da cama.(você dorme com o nariz na porta do banheiro). Mas isso são adaptações que os proprietários podem fazer se desejarem. Os chalés (tirando o banheiro) são uma gracinha, sensação de paz. Voltaria com certeza.

Fiquei realmente impressionada como a equipe em geral é super atenciosa (e olha q viajei pra mais de 30 países e fiquei tb em hotéis de alto nível: 5 estrelas, hotéis boutique etc). Tem a simplicidade de uma fazendinha com todos os seus atrativos. Viajamos para visitar os parques aquáticos mas minha filha aproveitou muito tb a área de lazer do hotel (casinha de boneca, casa na árvore, andou à cavalo de manhã, alimentou os peixes, etc). Outro ponto que chamou atenção foi a limpeza no chalé e a manutenção profunda com máquinas de jato na área da piscina.

Desde o primeiro contato o tratamento foi cordial e muito completo. Não fiquei esperando pra nada durante os dias que fiquei lá, e minha expectativa foi atendida plenamente. Atendentes cordiais, serviços bem prestados, infraestrutura como anunciado. Tudo bem cuidado.

Pousada organizada, funcionários educados e bem informados. Chalés com ar condicionado, frigobar tudo em perfeito funcionamento. Caso vá com bebê eles fornecem um berço. Apenas faltou a informação na reserva de que comprando as entradas dos termas com eles o segundo dia seria 50% do valor. Recomendo a pousada

Ótima estadia!

Funcionários são super atenciosos e chalés super aconchegantes, apesar de um pouco pequenos. O café da manhã é farto e bem servido. As áreas comuns, bem conservadas e limpas. Foi uma estadia com ótimo custo/benefício.

A pousada está localizada muito proximo ao Termas de Olimpia , próximo a restaurantes , piscina e ofuros pequenos porém atende as expectativas , pousada administrada familiarmente , pessoais cordiais e atenciosas

Para ficar ruim, precisa melhorar muito.

Se você gosta de acampar a beira de uma rodovia, esse é um ótimo lugar para aproveitar, dormir com ps sons de carros e de buzinas ao lado do travesseiro não é o pior dos incomodos, bas ta você adicionar uma recepcionista grossa, com um barraco ao invés de um chalé, que para piorar colocaram uma porta de plástico para separar o quarto do banheiro, no melhor estilo, minha casa minha vida. Fiquem atento, ao alugar um "chalé" pois assim que você chega é informado que apesar de ter alugado um barraco, cada pessoa que você coloca a mais é cobrada uma diferença. Na piscina e no ofurô vem aquela velha desculpa de economia, falando que uma delas esta desativada, por manutenção, porém você não vê ninguém tentando concertar. A parte boa fica por conta da menina da limpeza, que além de educada, mantem tudo limpinho. Na minha opinião é um dos piores custo benefício que eu já tive o desprazer de me hospedar.

Esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo na Pousada Monte Carlo. Local silencioso, limpo, bonito, aconchegante e junto a natureza. Conta com um excelente café da manhã, Wi-Fi, TV a cabo, jacuzzi e piscina aquecidas. Pretendo voltar outras vezes.
