Bom, mas pode melhorar

O quarto estava limpo, porém tivemos que pedir papel higiênico, pois não deixaram no quarto e depois tivemos que pedir sabonete, porque também não tinha. No quarto tinha uma mesa com duas cadeiras, mas uma delas estava com o encosto quebrado, não tinha condições de ser usado. Por ser um apto com “cozinha”, poderia ser equipado pelo menos com pratos, copos e talheres, mas nem isso tinha. O check-um foi um pouco demorado, chegamos no horário, porém não tinha quarto pronto ainda. O café da manhã de muita qualidade, muitas opções e tudo muito gostoso.

O apartamento é bom, confortavel, e bonito. O cafe da manha faltou opção, comparando aos que ja fui achei bem simples. A limpeza dos apartamentos é meio duvidosa, tinha um copo sujo guardado, resto de um acai no congelador, as roupas de cama não tinha um cheiro de limpa, estava meio duvidosa. Dou nota 7 para questão de limpeza.

Atendimento péssimo , quarto sujo, não havia água quente , café da manhã precário , no restaurante não havia nem ao menos cadeirão para bebê . Não recomendo , péssima experiencia e quando relatado os problemas displicência dos funcionários
