"Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door. Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst...

"This is not a quiet hotel. It is more of a B&B. It is a beautiful place, and the art installations are really interesting. The furnishings in the room are really cool and funky. The neighborhood is very quaint, and the end is close to cafés and bars and galleries. That’s the good. There are no staff on site after the afternoon. One night there was no hot water. Their system usually depends on solar panels, but there had not been sun and somebody forgot to turn on the back up. The rooms...

"It’s okay"

"From the moment you walk in, everything was well arranged. Staff is friendly, hotel has gorgeous art and has a sense of serenity in a bustling city like Rio. It’s worth its 5 stars and awards! The buildings in Santa Teresa are lovely and there are quite a few restaurants in walking distance also close to the Steps. Overall I felt safe in this neighbourhood and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"
