This property was a huge disappointment. The kitchen was completely unusable - cups, plates, and pans were dirty and greasy, many were damaged, and the drawers were broken. The entire area felt unhygienic and was crawling with cockroaches. Because of this, I couldn’t prepare any meals and had to spend extra money on online food delivery every day, which was not part of my budget. This not only increased my costs but also caused great inconvenience during my stay. The property urgently needs a deep cleaning, replacement of kitchenware, and proper pest control. Until that happens, I cannot recommend staying here.

Foi muito boa,lugar bom,localização boa,limpeza boa ,só uma observação que a pessoa responsável pelo apartamento tem que arrumar para a próxima locação e que a caxa acoplada da descarga não está funcionando no botão,tinha que abrir a tampa e fazer manual,muito ruim isto ok,mas o resto tudo de bom .

A localização é boa, porém no apartamento (pelo menos no que eu fiquei acomodado) não tinha coisas básica, como papel higiênico no banheiro. Os copos cheiravam a mofo, aliás a cozinha toda cheirava a mofo.

Otima opcao no centro de Joinville

Otima localizacao ao lado da Rua das Palmeiras, no centro da cidade, perto de todo o comercio, confeitarias, restaurantes, shopping, meios de transporte. Apartamento bem equipado com duas camas de casal, sendo muito confortavel a cama do quarto. Tela de seguranca na sacada. Condominio organizado, seguro e com excelente comunicacao. Pode melhorar, colocando uma cortina blackout no quarto e arrumando o fogao que nao possui alguns botoes de acendimento, possui bocas entupidas e o forno nao funciona. No restante, otima opcao central em Joinville!

Apartamento de luxo sem o basico!

Embora boa localizacao e espacoca, a propriedade deixa muito a desejar em alguns aspectos simples, principalmente quando se intitula como um apartamento de luxo. Como podemos aceitar uma acomodacao classificada como luxo, nao ter coisas basicas como espelho, balcao de pia, tapete, secador de cabelo, sabonete, papel higienico para reposicao e toalha de rosto no banheiro? No quarto nao haviam criados mudos ao lado das camas, impossibilitando deixar pertences no quarto como celulares, a nao ser no chao. Nao havia cobertor reserva em caso de necessidade. O ar condicionado era antigo, barulhento e de dificil acesso. Nao havia blackout na janela do quarto, fazendo com que o mesmo recebesse a claridade da rua. Problema com luzes e interruptores por todo o apartamento. Porta de entrada do apartamento danificada com buraco na madeira e macaneta nao muito firme. Aspecto geral do apartamento necessitando de manutencao e pintura. Fallha de comunicacao no momento do check-in, onde a portaria nao tinha conhecimento da reserva e tao pouco eu havia recebido uma comunicacao com o numero do quarto reservado. Uma simples e unica foto no anuncio, mostrando uma sequencia de paines na parede e a mesa da sala, nao retrata as condicoes e a realidade do imovel que precisa de melhorias e um olhar mais sensivel de quem hospeda, sabendo entender as necessidades basicas do hospede.
