Não é a primeira vez que fico no hotel, porém Joinville entrega boas opções na mesma faixa de preço. O banheiro é claustrofóbico, a pia fica do lado de fora e não há tranca na porta do banheiro. O café da manhã decaiu desde a última vez que estive lá (alguns meses atrás). A equipe poderia ser mais cordial (não que não tenham sido). Falta estrutura no quarto para receber crianças menores de 2 anos. Ou se há, em momento algum nos foi ofertado.

A limpeza do hotel é impecável. Os funcionários são muito cordiais. Café da manhã bom e farto. Estacionamento amplo. Não deixo 5 estrelas porque tiveram a péssima ideia de fazer manutenção às 8h00, quando fomos acordados por ruídos bem altos de batidas em algum quarto próximo.
