A experiencia foi boa, mas poderia ter sido melhor. Mto barulho no hotel por volta das 23h que prorrogou até de madrugada. Com certeza no hotel nao possui a lei do silêncio até as 22h pq era muito barulho de atrapahar o sono.

Excelente hotel muito bom desde o atendimento dos funcionarios da recepcao e do cafe. Estruturado. Muito conforto e atendimento impecável

O hotel conta com excelente atendimento por parte dos funcionários. Encontramos o quarto extremanente limpo, com camas confortáveis, lençóis e cobertas também muito confortáveis e limpos. Ótima localização, ao lado do mercado municipal e perto do Centreventos Cau Hansen.

Falta de funcionários

Viagem em família entre Bombinhas e Curitiba, estávamos apenas há 1:30 de casa, resolvemos parar em Joinville porque estávamos cansados, e como só tinha um funcionário na recepção, nosso check in demorou cerca de 40 minutos, ou seja, valia mais a pena ter seguido viagem.

Na média o hotel e o quarto são bons, café da manhã ótimo, atendimento execelente todos muito simpáticos, ponto de melhoria seria a limpeza do banheiro paredes e teto todos com mofo, e o estacionamento poderia ser comunicado com antecedência que é cobrado a parte, mas nada que interfira no geral ate pelo valor que não é nada exorbitante. A localização do hotel é ótima.

Estacionamento é pago, café da manhã é delicioso

O atendimento da recepção precisa ser mais rápido, ágil e menos burocrático. Esta é a minha segunda hospedagem neste hotel e o problema persiste. Ficamos muito tempo esperando atendimento. O estacionamento poderia ser gratuito. Em todos os outros aspectos o hotel é excelente.
