We chose this property based on other reviews, which shared it was great for couples and special occasions. Every single one was correct. The staff were incredibly lovely and could not have done more to make our trip phenomenal. The rooms were spotless, the hot tub was at the perfect temperature at all times, and the breakfast with the view in the morning is something we still talk about. Huge thanks to our receptionist too who helped us check in, she really does earn the title of worlds best receptionist. Thanks for making our special stay one we will never forget!

Customer service on point. The view and room were spectacular but also I had staff on WhatsApp. They were proactive in asking for scheduled rides to airports and drinks after hours. They offered a complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. Perfect spot for a honeymoon or really any vacation.

First, I was sent to another property by Katsikis, but the place they sent me was great. The actual place was Katsikis Santorini. The property is beautiful in a very convenient place. Literally, it's the first hotel before you will need to lug your luggage to get to other hotels. Service was top notch! they were very friendly, professional and very helpful. If I go back, this is where will stay.

Been to lots of Hotels around the world and must say that the staff at Katikies villa and the main resort were some of the nicest ,caring ,sincere people we have met from checking in to the manager and especially the restaurant staff you made us feel special and took care of all our needs during our stay we look forward to coming back in the future

O atendimento do hotel foi impecável, recepcionista nos ajudoucom a bagagem, ja estava esperando numa rua de acesso, visto que em Oia - Santorini não conseguimos deixar o carro tão próximo. O hotel é espetacular, porém o banheiro é um pouco escorregadio. E o pagamento apesar de no hoteis.com estar falando que pode ser na chegada foi cobrado 1 mês antes do check-in.

L hôtel est vraiment bien : jolie chambre, grand jacuzzi bien chauffé sur la terrasse, vue magnifique. L hôtel est bien situé dans une rue piétonne. De plus le personnel et l accueil ont été plus qu exceptionnels ! On recommande !

This hotel was amazing! It was perfectly situated in Oia and had breathtaking views overlooking the caldera. The entire staff was incredible and made every effort to make our trip and our stay at Villa Katikies as wonderful as it could be. They all showed us unmatched hospitality throughout our stay and we would absolutely come back!
