I am an event manager so traveling is a huge part of my job and this is hands down the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The hotel is excellent, the views are unreal and the staff was phenomenal. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. 1000 out of 10! The rooms are stunning, the included breakfast was shockingly fantastic and everyone was so warm and accommodating. I will go back to Santorini someday simply to return to this hotel. If you're considering booking a stay here DO IT. Do not hesitate, I promise this will be the highlight of your trip. Truly the only negative I could even come up with is that going to and from Oia and Fira gets pricey so plan that into your budget but that is on any island. The only the suggestion I could even make would be if the hotel could set up a shuttle to and from Fira that is included in your stay for 2 set times a day but other than that I truly have no notes. Best experience of my entire 2 week trip to Greece. I will remember my stay for the rest of my life and I cannot wait to return. A resounding THANK YOU to the staff that made my birthday trip one to remember. Best. Hotel. Ever.

Our stay was fantastic thanks to the premesis, the quality of the hotel, the amazing view and the service. Georges, the restaurant manager and his staf were very kind. The food was amazing and thanks to Georges we discovered wonderful wines, that was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this hotel

Balcony and our Room 632 have a very nice view, pool area also very nice, but bit chill to swim, maybe the hot season has passed Tidy and clean in our room, but notice the inside of the jacuzzi needs to clean more before guest arrives, as there were a lot of sand ( dark color ), and the bathroom cup wasn't clean enough inside, not serious dirty, but I need to use hot water to wash it off All staff at both reception and restaurant were very nice and friendly, services were good too

Love this place!!

What a wonderful and beautiful hotel. The staff does everything from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave to make sure you are having the best time. Including before you check in and after you check out. It’s about a mile or so walk into town but an easy and safe walk. Wonderful hotel! Some of the best views in the world

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We were delighted to be picked up from the airport and greeted at the hotel with drinks. The caldera view is breathtaking and the open air gym was a nice surprise. The included breakfast is great, with a made to order menu plus buffet overlooking the caldera. We stayed in the cave suite with private jetted tub, highly recommend. We will be back!

Lidl and mini-mart right by the hotel but unfortunately Fira isn't within walking distance. Pretty easy to get there if you a car though and the hotel can arrange rental for you. Enjoyed the hotel overall -- it was modern, clean, and staff was professional.

20 stars. Very beautiful, spotless clean hotel. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. Staff is very friendly, hwlpful ans respectful. Anything you could possibly need during your visit to Santorini, this hotel already has arrangements for it. From transportation, to food, to shopping, to tourism, name it, they have made it very easy. And the rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean.

Amazing location with an unobstructed view of the water, the volcano island, and the sunset. All the rooms get this unobstructed view. The individual hot tubs also overlook this view, so the experience is top notch. The common pools also are well laid out. The staff was very friendly, and the snacks/meals that we ordered to the room were also great. They even arrange airport drop-off and pick-up on a short notice for a flat fee ($45 as of Oct 2024). Special shout-out to Vaso, the front-desk assistant when we stayed, for looking after us very well!

The hot tub outside the room plus the views are beyond words. The staff members from front desk to waiters to housekeeping personnel were extremely polite, accommodating, friendly. Front desk staff offered helpful and great tour suggestions with immaculate coordination. The in-house restaurant should not be missed. Breakfast was fresh, aromatic and delicious. Dinner is a must at this resort. The chef is a culinary genius. Extremely pleasant and not camera shy. The food was beyond my imagination. Never disappointed. Travel around the island was coordinated by hotel staff and was seamless and professional. Tour guide enthusiastically shared his love for the island, it’s people and history. We mustn’t forget that the recommendations were a hit for nightlife. Definitely returning on our next trip!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The views of the water and cliffs were amazing. The “hot tub” in our honeymoon suite was warm, at best. They said they cannot make it hotter for “safety reasons” so that was a bit of a letdown. The immediate surrounding area outside of the hotel was not super convenient. You’ll need to drive to get to any of the populated areas with dining and shopping. The staff was nice and accommodating. Overall it was a pretty place to stay with average accommodations.

Start with the okay: if you’re on the first floor you will hear the busy road the hotel sits right off of; the facility itself is in fair condition with signs of wear and tear; the gym is barely functional (treadmill could only increase speed and incline). The great: staff is super friendly, responsive and thoughtful. George, who runs the restaurant, is amazing. He made my wife’s birthday super special. The main pool is super nice (though we thought the music they played was a little loud and many of the speakers were blown so the sound was scratchy). Our room was on 5 which was super private and we loved its location.
