"Staff was great; breakfast was good. We had an issue with both hot tubs. On one, the jets would turn off after about 45 seconds; on the main one, the jets turned off after about 30 seconds. That obviously needs to be fixed. Location and views are excellent. Only 10 minutes from airport. Travel tip: the Uber drops you off around 75 yards from the lobby. It is a rocky uphill climb with your luggage. If you call the hotel, staff will come help with your luggage. Tip #2: there are no airport signs...

"Room was super nice clean and with a lot of space. But we didn’t have nice views and the terrace of the place wasn’t well equipment to relax and see the view from there. We had help with our suitcases for the check in but not for the check out. Was hard to take all the suitcases thru the steps until the taxi"

"It was a nice stay. Our room had a sharing pool. We enjoyed the view of caldera and the stuff was very, very nice and helpful. The stuff was bringing us breakfast every single morning exactly at 9:00 a.m. whenever you can ask them they going to do that thing. They help us to set up some excursions at the really nice price. And highly recommend to use this property as you going to really enjoy the view and your stay"

"Communication with the property manager was excellent. Property manager arranged all our transfers to/from the airport. Check in procedures & instructions were very detailed & accurate. Neighborhood is safe & walkable - we enjoyed dinner at 1 of the recommended restaurants. Water, some snacks & coffe provided. "
