To pay the room an nightmare
Never stay there anymore, I do not have time to waste hours to travel to an office down town to pay the room. I like the appartment but the administration is simply a CAOS

Prenez garde !
Grosse déception !!! Prenez garde aux services indiqués : vous n'aurez accès ni à la piscine ni à la salle de sport ni à la laverie, car non-résidents de l'immeuble. Il nous est même demandé de "ne pas déranger le concierge". En gros, il faut rendre notre présence la plus discrète possible car, attention, ceci n'est pas un hôtel !!! Impossible à deviner lors de la réservation, surtout sur un site qui s'appelle hotel.com. Il s'agit d'un appartement loué on ne sait par qui, une entreprise visiblement, avec laquelle on est en contact uniquement par messagerie. Autre déconvenue, 5 voyageurs annoncés à la résa, et seulement 4 couchages à l'arrivée ! L'un de nous a dormi tout le séjour sur un matelas pneumatique et aucune ristourne pour autant. La confirmation de résa indiquait clairement la possibilité de payer en euros en espèces à l'arrivée, ce qui doit nous éviter la TVA du pays. En fait il faut aller jusqu'à un bureau éloigné de l'appart pour régler par CB !! Après avoir beaucoup insisté, on m'a fourni un lien pour payer en ligne. En ce qui concerne le logement en lui-même, il bénéficie d'une bonne situation et d'un parking privé. Il est encore neuf et propre mais je pense que d'ici quelques mois les prestations vont vite décliner (mauvaise qualité des matériaux, déjà quelques objets/meubles abîmés). Dernière chose, nous sommes arrivés à 17h, l'appart était sens dessus-dessous, il n'avait pas été préparé après le départ des précédents locataires. Il a fallu attendre 18h...

I had problems to get the department key. If you want to stay in this property is recommended to make your reservation at least 1 day in advance, if not your reservation will not be processed on time and the key could not be available for you at your arrival.

Apartamento lindo e local perfeito. Único problema foi que a limpeza estava péssima. Mais falamos com o administrador que na mesma hora se prontificou e mandou a equipe de limpeza. Aí ficou perfeito. Muiiito bom.

Ojo PRECIO PUBLICADO + 19% más por impuesto
Lo único que no me gusto es que te cobran un 19% más sobre el precio publicado cosa que en ningún lado si sos extranjero te cobran al presentar el DNI y tarjeta migratoria .
Con respecto al departamento es muy lindo , nuevo, modernos, cómodo , a seis cuadras del alto las condes y a 5 minutos del costanera center.
Igual lo recomiendo si van en familia es cómodo y seguro

Bom local, mas falta comunicação e orientação
A principio entendi ter reservado um hotel, mas se tratava de um apto. Quando cheguei e me identifiquei o porteiro do prédio mal sabia do que se tratava e mandou eu ligar para o responsável, entretanto eu nem celular ativo tinha.Tive que me indispor com o porteiro e exigir que ele ligasse para o número de telefone que tinha no voucher que eu havia impresso no Brasil. Caso não tivesse o voucher, teria que procurar outra forma de hospedagem. O apartamento é bom e confortável, mas não estava muito bem limpo. A colcha da cama por exemplo, por ser branca estava bem suja. A vista e a região são boas.

Departamento nuevo muy bien amoblado y distribuido
Fuimos con mi señora a pasar un fin de semana tranquilo, se cumplió perfectamente.
Si bien no es hotel la operatoria es sencilla y segura.
El departamento tiene todo y es muy cómodo para dos personas.
Todo nuevo y limpio y una rica botella de vino tinto de regalo.

Excelente opción, todo a estrenar, lujoso, delicado, con estacionamiento, wifi, piscina, a metros de Las Condes. Lo único deseable fue tener aire acondicionado

O apartamento é super novo é muito bem arrumado! O único ponto negativo é que fica em um local que não consegue fazer nada a pé! Precisa de carro ou Taxi pra tudo!

Nuevo departamento muy lindo y comodo
Una unidad excelente! Un edificio nuevo que posee departamentos nuevos de gran calidad. La piscina en la terraza es muy buena, además cuenta con laundry, gimnasio y estacionamiento. Está cerca del mall Alto Las Condes, en uno de los barrios residenciales más lindos de la región.
