"Villa Regina is very tired, poorly maintained room; black mould in shower, cracked shower tray, sloppy paint job, dirty rug, cupboards that stank of damp and old and made all my clothes stink and little to no soundproofing. It’s a 4 star that would struggle to get a 3 star rating in any other country. Staff on reception were so aloof, least friendly we’d come across. "The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"
