"Staff were always happy to help and very pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights and tried the food in the restaurant and it was delicious! Pool facilities were outstanding as well as the bar, restaurant food , rooms and the maid service. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to book a hotel in Santander."

"comfortable, clean hotel in good location near shops, bars, restaurants, sights. Liked permanent ramp at entrance, cleanliness of room. Did not like that there were no English Language News channels on TV, unappetizing food at breakfast, brightness of Bar at evening time. Very efficient check in and check out, staff in Cafe Bar very friendly and efficient. I would stay here again. "

"From start to finish customer service excellent. Room decor shower bathroom mini fridge slippers and robes complimentary water and cleaning every day if needed. Free extended checkout for one hour and 10 euro pr hr after that. Massive help.
