"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The suite had a beautiful view. Unfortunately also had a damp odor and limited amenities. I had to ask for tissue paper and electric kettle. Bathtub was a huge jacuzzi but very slippery and I almost fell. Shower head too high for comfort. It says 5 stars ..."
