Muito estresse para realizar check-in e pagamento.

Eu tive bastante problema na hora do check-in. Reservei o hotel através do Hoteis.com, em que constava a informação de que ao reservar eu teria que pagar a metade da reserva com cartão e a outra metada no dia da hospedagem diretamente no hotel. Porém, não foi isso que aconteceu. O hotel me mandou mensagem por WhatsApp na noite anterior à reserva e no dia da reserva pela manhã pedindo para pagar antecipadamente o valor total da reserva, pois o hotel não havia recebido nada. Assim, contatei o Hoteis.com e me informaram que eu não precisava fazer esse pagamento, uma vez que eu já tinha passado o cartão para pagar a parcela antecipada conforme constava na oferta da reserva. Contudo, quando cheguei no hotel, passei pelo maior constrangimento e dor de cabeça, em que ficaram insistindo na tecla de que não teria sido descontado nada em meu cartão e que nunca existia essa forma de pagamento, pagando a metade da reserva deles pelo Hoteis.com, claramente indo de encontro com o que dizia na oferta deste hotel na plataforma Hoteis.com. Por fim, passei meu cartão no hotel e foi debitado o valor total da reserva. Mas foi muito desgastante toda a sitiação, pois se este hotel não aceita esta forma de pagamento do Hoteis.com, deveria informar claramente na descrição deles no site que o pagamento de suas reservas ocorre somente diretamente no site. O quarto era bom, a hospedagem foi boa, hotel bem localizado, limpo. Mas deixa muitíssimo a desejar em relação ao atendimento no check-in.

Oferece pouco em relação ao preço que cobra. Check-in e chek-out, bom. Estacionamento, sofrível. Fica em um terreno próximo ao hotel. Fui informado que ao chegar à noite, bastava buzinar que o vigia abriria, mas não funcionou. Indo à recepção me entregaram um controle remoto do portão e disseram que o vigia estava de folga. Ou seja, não existe um folguista. A mentalidade de prestação de serviços ainda tem que evoluir muito para ficar razoavelmente boa.

Melhor hotel da cidade

Atendimento simpatico e rapido, equipe atenciosa. Bom tamanho de quarto e bem confortavel. Cafe da manha simples mas bom. Melhor hotel da cidade, sem duvida... e muito proximo aos melhores restaurantes e lanchonetes da cidade. Estacionamento bem proximo do hotel e gratis.
