"Room was very clean, and have an awesome ocean front view. The pool needs a lot of care, it was very neglected. The hotel have an amazing closeness to the beautiful ocean but accessibility is very challenging, specially for older, disabled people. Potential guest will have to walk a lot or use a small boat for 5 euros to get to the hotel. It's a family owned place where they offer you amazing food and great service at a reasonable price. And the views are the best we ever had!"

The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent privacy. The restuarant food was very good. I expected a bigger and newer room for the price, Overall, it was a good experience, just not an excellent one."

Great location if you’re happy to take a short train ride in to town - it’s easy once you figure out that the line 2 “metro” is really a local train service from a normal looking overground station about 5min walk from hotel. Only downside is I didn’t find many restaurant options locally, but you could eat in town and get train back, they are very frequent."

"Sant’Angelo is very cute but a little isolated as well. The bus goes to Caba Grado, after that it’s a system of golf cart, no cars. That said, the shuttle service (golf cart) that offers Loreley is fantastic. You just have to Whatapps them and they pick you up either Fumarole or Point info. It’s hilly there, hence so useful in the heat! We had an AC problem in our room the first night, it stopped working, we changed room at 3AM and no more issue. The staff is helpful there. The pool is very warm (probably heated by thermal) :) The breakfast is complete, served on their beautiful terrasse and very good! There are no little fridges in the rooms. The double bed are in fact two single bed put together (still comfortable). The only thing I’ll say is that there’s a strong smell of moisture/ humidity in the basement rooms/ although they have a nice terrasse."
