"I stayed at The Giri Residence with two friends for four days in mid-July. The hotel and location were gorgeous. We wanted a relaxing stay for a holiday and to celebrate my 40th birthday.
While the rooms and hotel were stunning, we felt that customer service was very disappointing. The staff were nice and polite but they were not very attentive. "The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure."
