Es gab Spielgeräte und Fahrzeuge für Kinder verschiedener Altersstufen. Gelsenstecker in jedem Schlafraum, sowie Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern (außer natürlich bei einem Dachflächenfenster). Waschmaschinen zur freien Nutzung....
