Empfang ohne Beanstandung. Service im Essbereich : kommt auf die Bedienung an. Essen : im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut. Frühstück angemessen. Zimmer : teilweise modern - aber auch veraltete Zimmer. Leider bei uns am Betthaupt sehr viele graue Haare vom Vorgast :( Wellnessbereich: Pool veraltet -sehr viel Chlor im Einsatz (brennt in den Augen) Sauna ok, Massagen gut - das Personal im Wellnessbereich auch sehr freundlich. Besitzer sehr bemüht und nett.Leider etwas zu teuer für die Leistungen

schöner Familienbetrieb zum Entspannen

Für einen kurzen Wellness- oder Wanderurlaub genau das richtige. Das Personal und Service sind super, trotz dem wir bei der Buchung vergessen hatten um ein Zimmer ohne Teppich (Allergiker) zu bitten, suchten Sie uns vor Ort sofort ein anderes, sehr schön und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer aus. Das Essen im Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, mit einem Gruß des Hauses und sehr zu vorkommenden Kellnern. Die Speisen sind der Qualität entsprechend nicht ganz günstig (von Pasta für ca. 11€ bis filetsteak für 26€), aber sehr lecker. Der Wellnessbereich ist für 2-3Tage ausreichend und gepflegt, wer große Saunalandschaften sucht, sollte in einer höheren Preiskategorie schauen. Alles in allem aber ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und man fühlt sich dort willkommen :-)

En pärla i de bayerska skogarna

Ett fantastiskt ställe, med underbart vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Vårt rum var rustikt, enkelt och bekvämt. Gott om plats och med balkong, där vi satt och såg månen gå upp över trädtopparna. På hotellet finns en restaurang som serverar bayerska specialiteter och vi fick fantastiskt fin service. Hotellet är beläget en bit från motorvägen och vägen dit var spektakulär, med vidunderlig utsikt på sina ställen. Vi hade gärna stannat där flera nätter och bara njutit av omgivningarna, lugnet och den klara luften. Vi rekommenderar varmt en vistelse där.

Ruhiges Hotel in Naturlage

Das Hotel insgesamt ist empfehlenswert, was allerdings nicht nachvollziehbar ist, ist eine fehlende Tür zum Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel eher dürftig, da wird in anderen Hotels der gleichen Preiskategorie doch deutlich mehr geboten. Das Besteck könnte sauberer sein.

Schönste Lage in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Hotel liegt perfekt als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen im bayerischen Wald. Spa Bereich ist ok, wenn auch etwas sanierungsbedürftig. Die Suiten-Zimmer komfortabel und auch für Hunde gut geeignet. Das Grillbuffet ist auf niedrigem Niveau mit Leber statt Rindfleisch und hält nicht, was auf der Karte versprochen wird. Das Frühstück hingegen ist tadellos.
