"Room was great. Very clean and the grounds were great!"

"Absolutely fantastic location! We just stayed for one night but the staff is friendly and accommodating. Having the bar in sight was nice and the pool was fabulous. Plenty of lounge chairs on the pool deck and the beach. We can’t wait to return."

"Everything was fine except the first room they gave us was with cockroaches dead like 7 or 8 but we went back to the lobby and they were very nice and change our room. The other thing that we didn’t like was the beds, they are extremely hard. Everything else was fine. Very familiar and relaxing."

"Good breakfast"

"Very comfortable and convenient location!"

"One of the best locations on Ft Myers Beach"

"It was very clean, People was kind and the view was perfect. The pool is too small and the breakafast can be better"

"I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!"

"Los anfitriones estuvieron presentes para cada ocasión en que los necesitamos. Aunque tuvimos un ligero inconveniente con la primera habitación, luego fuimos colocados en otra que cumplió nuestras expectativas. También queremos destacar la atención de la anfitriona cubana en el desayuno."

"Convenient place to stay after coming in on the Key West Express passenger ferry."

"thank you!"

"Very friendly staff, early check in was available. Tiki bar was just beyond the pool and the pool was very clean."
