"Great"

"The staff helpful and friendly. I was disappointed that our room was not ready when we arrived which I requested a room by # and had talked to check in counter the Sunday before arrival that we would like early check in if possible. We did not arrive early as expected but at 4:00 pm but the room was still not ready, which standard check in is 300pm. Parking was better this weekend as less snow folks parking in single spots. We did have a loud upstairs neighbour but that is a guest being disrespectful not a hotel staffing issue. Could be sure to mention quiet times to group of that might be in for events such as hockey or dance. Again, breakfast defiantly could use updating, variety. Stayed from Thursday to Sunday. The breakfast of the exact same everyday. It was not bad but same scrambled eggs, sausage and undercooked hash browns. Kids were disappointed no waffle machine or bagels. There are other options yogurt cereal muffins toast. Which for a one-or-2-night stay would be ok. Staff was kind to put ice packs in freezer for me over night."

"Hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. Hotel needs to have security on site but does not. My vehicle and many others were vandalized in the night. A lady was passed out at the front door and picked up by ambulance"

"I enjoyed my stay The hotel was clean and quiet I had 2 dogs with me and I ALWAYS clean up after my dogs But outside their were several piles of dog poop outside from other peoples dogs I am sorry to the staff that other people were not cleaning up after their dogs "
