The staff were very friendly. The location was great. The motel was very run down. Booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1. We didn't say anything to the front desk as to why we were leaving early, felt it wasn't their fault.

I love it here if I had the money I would rent it out for a whole month everyone here is professional and very respectful and it very quiet and relaxing to so if you get a chance please give them the shot and it won't hurt you either

Not a hilton but perfect for my family

Friendly, helpful staff. Can't beat the price! Kids loved the pool and the fact that it was open a little later than most 🙂 Yummy donuts and breakfast so close was also a plus. Had a great stay! I travel from a couple hrs away and frequent cedar point with my kids and am glad I found this little gem, will be back again for sure!

Great hotel close to cedar point! Love the tiki huts and pool,staff is wonderful! They’ve renovated most of the rooms. A lot of the rooms have roku TVs which is great so we can watch Tubi tv. Great no frills hotel old but clean. Lots of character and close to everything. Stay here every time we go to cedar point.

Pros: -they allowed us to check in 3 hours early (stating that all that was left to do was to make up the beds) - the staff is incredibly nice Cons: -the room was not vacuumed -they did not have towels -when we picked up towels- they were all terribly stained, some even with blood -they left an empty toilet roll out with only half a roll left on the second holder -the bathroom floor was cracked and covered in black dust -the shower walls had mold in the soap bar attachments and along cracks -the mattresses are flat and uncomfortable -there were only 2 pillows per bed, an no comforter -the room smelled terribly of stale cigarettes - there was a new, small TV that needed to be set up to watch anything on it with information we didn’t have

Convenient and comfortable

Very affordable, yet clean and comfortable. Not updated at all but overall a great value. Excellent, affordable donut and breakfast shop at the end of the building is convenient. They really go all out on theming, wolf statues and comforters, skeletons riding a bike and fishing in the pool, etc. Makes it unique.

The office staff were nice. Upon entering the room, we immediately turned the air on, it worked great. But, the vents were filthy. My husband visited the front desk (no phone in the room) and asked if they could bring a sweeper to clean the clumps of crud. It took them 45 minutes to show up, then it couldn't be swept out. She had to get spray and a rag. Even she was disgusted by it. There were no filters in it either. The shower was clean. The toilet had a piss stain running down the outside of it. The floors were never swept or scrubbed, my husband's get were black. The pool was clean, I really appreciated the black rubber tiles, no walking on hot concrete. The best part... NO BED BUGS!!! Although, I did kind of expect it. The linens were stained and the hand towel still had ladies make up on it.

Very welcoming and the locals are very friendly. But for the pool, you will have to be careful because they just painted and you will be slipped. Other than that, the room is decent and had no problems.

I guess when you book the cheapest hotel room you get what you pay for. You need to stop things up a little bit with maintenance and maybe change off the shower curtains. Other than that it was quiet.
