"Great hotel for exploring Oslo. BIG hotel (12 floors?) with a great staff. They have a fabulous buffet breakfast with several dining areas, the bed & bedding is excellnt, size of the room is good - and if you're lucky (or ask) one side of the hotel looks out over the river: beautiful! We stayed three different nights on our trip, would def stay again. One BIG plus: it is right on the tram line for the 12, 15, 18. That's super convenient: all three stop in front of the train station & on the hotel block, they go all over Oslo. Great brew pub across the street and river walks at your doorstep. Only small issue? WC is basic, shower stall a bit small for a 6'3" 250 lb man."

"Great hotel with comfortable rooms & THE best buffet breakfast we have ever experienced-it was truly incredible. The opportunity to have a barista make a ‘proper’ coffee for you was a really nice touch, as were the ginger & lemon shots. Nice helpful staff, good size rooms. Great location. "

Great location with barely a 5 minute walk to the main train station. Only spent one night in Oslo on our final night of a Scandanavian trip, but we would defintely choose this hotel again!"

"The location is super convenient. While the room is very basic and small, it is fine for the price. Our only complaint is the noise in the evenings from the nightclubs nearby. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but the club noise makes it too noisy to open windows to cool down the room."

"The hotel was great - it seemed to be always busy at reception but well-managed. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is next to the bus and train stations but not linked. Some noise from the works across the road were noted at some points during the day, but we do appreciate the notice provided days before our arrival. The pillows were too soft and didn’t provide any neck support. Just outside the hotel (about 5 steps away from the main entrance) were some sketchy people. There was a man with his backpack on the ground who followed my husband too closely, making us feel unsafe in our first few hours in Oslo. From then on, I made sure I didn’t leave the hotel on my own when it was dark. "

"Staff issues; reception, despite this my 3rd stay with them this year, and multiple stays the past couple of years - there is NEVER a 'Welcome back'. Yes I booked via Hotel.com but I always have to ask them to link my reservation to the Radisson App. NEVER have they said it which it's such a simple thing to do and costs them nothing. Order breakfast room service for 06:30am. No sign, had to leave for airport. Mentioned at reception who told me it can take 30mins. That's fine, but her attitude was horrible. She waked off disgruntled into the breakfast area to cancel my order. How I would have handled that would have been apologetic + offer to give me something to go quickly. Breakfast; on more than a few occassions now the friend eggs have been stone cold. I mentioned it to a staff member who said he would let the kitchen no, but proceeded to clean off some tables and reset them, then wak around the area as if I said absolutely nothing. Just to note the breakfast area is massive, and there were only a handful of tables, so not necessary to clean the table and reset it first, never mind walk from one end to another. I ended up having to say it to another staff member who informed the kitchen. The food menu in the restaurant needs updating. It's pretty awful to be honest - I rarely eat there. "
