"We were greeted by a very stoic and unhelpful staff member who let us know that we had to pay $100 fee for having our two small dogs with us. We were unaware of this policy as it was not listed on Expedia so we mentioned being surprised and the concierge ignored us and handed us papers to sign. We were a little put off (as we would have gone to another hotel if we had known) but then the room was SO cold and for some reason we couldn't turn the heat up more than 70. There wasn't a real comforter on the bed- it was very thin and the bed was uncomfortable. the only nice part of this stay was the veteran checking us out who was so kind and I witnessed him being very attentive to another guest. Will not be staying here again."

"I was on the 2nd floor and a large group of teenagers partied in the hallway. Smelled like canibus and the fire alarm went off all night… cops showed up at 10pm to investigate a possible armed robbery. No rest and no thanks!"

"I booked a room to celebrate my mom and sisters birthdays I called in advance and asked if we’d have any problems having a girls slumber party and they said they were all set and we’d have no problems. 10 pm on a Saturday night we’re playing a card game and laughing- no music, no tv, just chatting and the room next door complained- the walls are thin. Instead of making sure we were supported in advance as requested they put us next to people and asked us if we wanted to move because they were complaining- they should have offered to move them and honestly they should have put us somewhere where talking isn’t a problem. It wasn’t even late. We toned it down and started to get ready for bed and they come again and say they are complaining Really obnoxious and poor planning. I won’t stay again I’ve never had a problem staying somewhere and being asked to be quiet before midnight on a weekend like there were quiet hours or something Rediculous"
