"Star ratings that Expedia shows are a bit frustrating. This is shown as a four star hotel but definitely ranks a 4 star rating. Comfortable beds, good sized shower, popular with tour groups. It is a short walk to the main dining district and the lake. Helpful staff and lots of parking."

"We very much appreciated the staff that arranged a tour for us and was very prompt in responding to my emails before we arrived. Breakfast was fine and abundant. The location is within easy walking distance to the main sights. Like many hotels, a minimalist decor and amenities is evident. A painting here or there and more small towels and somehow more counter space in the bathroom would be nice. Also cleaning staff was excellent."

A carefree individual may not have noticed. I mind that when I asked the front desk about buses to the local sites, I was provided directions on how to walk to the city's free information booth.
