"The people were lovely..the room was clean and quaint. Breakfast was good..fresh and quick. The only suggestion we had..and we told management...was to install had rails for the 2 steps up to the sitting chairs in the 4th floor rooms."

"Minimal parking, can't lock deadbolts when you leave the room. I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out. Can't get ahold of the property. Bad customer service all around."

"Absolutely picturesque location surrounded by mountains, ponderosa pines, aspen and birch trees, just a few miles from Mt. Rushmore. The property was clean and the staff were all very nice and accommodating, clean towels and rollaway were brought promptly when requested. They made fresh cookies every day and put them out all day long, free breakfast was served daily. I will be returning for a longer stay in the future as we didn’t get to do all the things we wanted, there’s so much to see and do...
