"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down.
