"I was attending the IPSA World Congress held at the Catholic University of Argentina. Hotel Chipre is about a 15 minute walk from campus as well as other points of interest such as the Plaza de Mayo, the Cathedral, and Casa Rosada. It is also right by plenty of markets for food and toiletries. The famous, historical Bar El Federal is down the block of the hotel for a nice night out. Other bars, restaurants, and cafe's are close as well. Mercado San Telmo is also a nice place to go shopping....

"We stayed for one night. We used the shuttle from and to the airport the next morning. When we landed and retrieved our luggage I used WhatsApp to contact the hotel.
