It’s was a quiet place which is nice - although beds were not very comfortable and bathroom was very small, nice little coffee shop was very nice too get fresh bread and coffee!

Small hotel room however the perfect size for 1 person. Was there for two days and they include breakfast as well. Overall, 5 out of 5 for me and thank you for making this visit very pleasant.

Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants supemarkets, bus station, to the metropolitan mall. The staff at the hotel is awesome, the receptionists at the hotel recommend us very good places to visit in downtown like National Theater, National Palace, Cathedral, Central Market, most of the time we rode buses to visit places and the receptionist were very kind to draw maps and help us with directions. The hotel is very clean and has a good breakfast and it also has a very good bakery, we highly recommend to stay in this hotel, very friendly, great and helpful people, We will definitely be back to Hotel Shagul Thanks for your nice hospitality.

The room was dury didn’t change the bed cover and the blanket was terrible I did pay the room but I didn’t stay they show me different rooms but it wasn’t clean

The staff at Hotel Shagul were very nice and helpful. There was 24/7 front desk staff and security. However the room service was not available. Maybe they didn’t want to enter the room when I was not there? Also the amenities are a little misleading. Breakfast is not for free as there’s a fee and there is no shuttle to and from the hotel. Maybe they need to update their website

Todo perfecto excepto que tu les escribes al chat despues de hacer la reservacion y nunca contestan. Mi caso fue que reserve para mi suegra y no pude pagar sino que tenia que llamar y no tengo mints para llamar internacional, asi que solo reserve y deje saber que se registraria a las 8pm y que alli iba a pagar, cuando ella llego No habia ninguna reservacion a su nombre. creo mi error fue hacerlo por Xpedia.

Mala experiencia

Bien ubicado y digamos que aceptable, peor tuve un contratiempo muy incómodo, pues llegué tipo 9 pm del día de la reserva y me salieron con el cuento que la habían cancelado porque no estaba paga (siempre elijo pagar en el hotel y estos aceptaron esa condición). La persona de recepción se limitaba a decir lo entiendo y aducia que no había habltaciones y se rehusaba llamar a la administradora. La persona de seguridad cuando me escuchó encolerizado gritando, llamó la administradora y mágicamente apareció una habitación. Tengan cuidado con este hotel, son poco serios y la persona de recepción totalmente inservible
