Friendly staff

From check in to check out the staff was nice and very attentive. Good location. Working A.C. and T.V. Room on bottom floor, I was able to get some good night sleep.

Reserved on the 31st of January, they sent a message that they didn't have the room on the 1st at night and didn't pick up the phone to me or Expedia on the 1st and 2nd (*the date of check in) . I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Un lugar estupendo, barato y asequible para alojarse. Está bien desinfectado, el servicio al cliente es excelente y los trabajadores están fácilmente disponibles las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana en la recepción. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todos los turistas/residentes que buscan un lugar asequible para alojarse.

Habitación equivocada y desayuno muy escaso Reservé una habitación más y triple por que supuestamente no habían individuales, pero al llegar me asignaron una sencilla, sin explicación clara ni solución por parte del personal. Además, el desayuno incluido ya lo había cancelado a la hora de hacer la reserva, al llegar me dijeron que reservas con Expedia no incluye desayuno, al final me dieron el desayuno el cual fue muy pobre: porciones mínimas y sin variedad. No fue la experiencia que esperaba y me sentí decepcionado. No lo recomendó, pésimo servicio
