"Filthy pillows and bathroom; uncomfortable bed, the girl who helped me doing the check in was very helpful, nothing compared with the lady "in charge ", that wanted to charge me again eventhough I showed her it was paid through expedia and showed her my bank statement!!! Even if you pay me I wouldn't stay there again!"

"Had an excellent week at the resort. If you need a quiet, relaxing break this is the place to go. There are several kilometers of hiking trails. You can also do horseback riding and be guided through the coffee making process. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hot water is dependable. Most units have amazing views. The staff are eager to help you enjoy your stay. Especially Stanley, who is a master at the hospitality profession."
