Prácticamente no salí del hotel para nada (seis noches). La infraestructura en Zipolite no es muy desarrollada sin embargo el hotel está de lujo. Muy atentos todo mundo y desde mi punto de vista es el mejor por lo que pude ver en mis caminatas en la playa. Quizás como en todos los hoteles de playa a los que voy, me gustaría que fueran más silenciosos, que no tuvieran eventos en la alberca y que cuidaran mucho la música que ponen (acaso hay algo mejor que escuchar al mar??); sin embargo sé que esto no es culpa del Hotel sino de los huéspedes que lo piden… Me encantó y volveré las veces que sea posible para descansar, desconectar y pasarlo increíble!! Felicidades a todo el staff del hotel… ahora quiero conocer Nossa que me dicen que es de los mismos dueños y es quizás más tranquilo!!

Five stars without hesitation. This beachfront hotel was the perfect place to experience everything that makes Zipolite special. The location is incredible. You step out and you are right on the beach with sweeping ocean views and some of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Even just walking through the small streets nearby feels magical, with colorful murals, flowers everywhere, and the relaxed energy that Zipolite is known for. The atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful, welcoming, and perfectly in tune with the town. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the ocean breeze each morning was unforgettable. It felt like a true escape. The staff were fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Another highlight is how easy everything is to reach on foot. Great restaurants, beach bars, and shops are all just a short walk away, making it effortless to explore and enjoy the town day and night. If you are looking for a laid back beachfront stay with incredible views, authentic local charm, and the unique spirit that makes Zipolite so special, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location and beach were absolutely beautiful — Zipolite itself is stunning. Unfortunately, our stay at The Naked Hotel was extremely disappointing and far from the premium experience the prices suggest. During our stay, we encountered multiple serious issues: loud music from the beach party pounded through our room until 9:00 p.m. each night; a construction mishap caused our room to flood when workers cut a water line, and instead of relocating us, the staff simply shut off the water — leaving our room and several others without hot water. Later in the week, another burst pipe flooded the restaurant. To make matters worse, a cockroach fell on my partner while he slept, pool towels took an hour and a half to arrive, and maintenance workers were sanding railings above the pool deck, covering guests and drinks in sawdust. Staff responses to all these issues were either apathetic or unhelpful. While the beachside setting is beautiful, the management and maintenance of this property are seriously lacking. Sadly, this hotel does not live up to its premium pricing or promises.

Admittedly, we were nervous about a "naked hotel" and feared it could be a party place. It was not. Most folks were probably 35-40+ and the nudity was limited to occasional nakedness suntanning near the pool or on the beach beds. The beach beds are SUPER comfy and free to reserve all day. The staff was so friendly, the room was very comfortable. There was a DJ outside the rooms by the pool, but they stopped at 10pm on the dot and then it was super quiet for sleeping. And the music didn't start the next day until the afternoon. It's in a great location and we would go back.

The staff was very friendly and the food was always good. I was very happy with the drinks they made. Service was very good and I did not have to wait long to be served. However, the hot water was not always working and the towels were not always cleaned well (both beach towels and bathroom towels). Those were my only major issues. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I come back to Zipolite.
