"We booked a room and they gave us a different room with a smaller bed, we were on our honeymoon and they refused to compensate for their mistake. Instead offered a different room for 1/3 nights and 2 drinks from the bar which was a joke my wife and I don’t drink which they didn’t even bother to ask. The property is still under construction so there’s that and they played music around the property pretty loud till midnight which was annoying when we were trying to sleep "

"Wir haben im Borgo Bevagna 14 Tage Urlaub gemacht in der großen Familien-Suite. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen mehrere andere Gäste für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf Rundreise. Die Suite war geräumig mit 3 Badezimmern und 2 Außenduschen und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. "Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee. Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees. Great pool "
