"O hotel é super bem localizado, junto a restaurantes, mercados, sorveterias, casas de câmbio e fácil acesso a ônibus e metrô. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e o quarto, limpo, com ar condicionado perfeito e camas confortáveis. Estadia foi ótima! "

"Staff was really nice and helpfull, room was nice and clean, bed and pillows were super comfy, aircon was addecuate for the space and kept the bedroom cool but not cold. Toilet stuff had nice scent. Rooms are small but perfect for solo travellers. Location is prime, close to everything, lots of restaurants, shopping and bus available. I would definitely recommed staying there! "

"Excelente localização, hotel novo, boas instalações, boa cama e travesseiros, bons lençóis e toalhas e os funcionários atenciosos. Tivemos um pequeno problema de vazar água pelo box do chuveiro, molhando o banheiro, mas fomos prontamente atendidos e foi resolvido pela manutenção. Ar condicionado silencioso e funcionando muito bem. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas é suficiente e tem boa qualidade. Certamente me hospedaria novamente!!!!!"

"Melia Recoleta Plaza is a gem. Staff was excellent to a person. Room was spacious with ample drawers and closet space. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and well designed (though like many hotels could use more towel hooks). Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with a delightful piano accompaniment! Location was excellent—close to key sites but quiet. Would recommend."
