I arrived early and they held my bags till check in time then held on to them as I explored my last day well beyond check out. They let me borrow an adapter for the outlet and met me with grace when I embarrassingly destroyed the kettle in my room. Pool was refreshing but very small; it's more like a hot tub. "Our room had wonderful views out over the Recoleta cemetery and out towards the sea. It was a busy, thriving area with a great atmosphere, music, craft and art markets, open spaces and variety of eating options. Also by the start of yellow tourist bus! Staff were friendly & helpful too! :-)"
