The staff was great; friendly, courteous and willing to help with anything. The have an in-house restaurant, the food was great, nice pool and a gym if you like to workout. I will stay again at this hotel if I was to return.

Restaurant staff friendly at the breakfast area and by the pool, front desk too but one member of staff was rude her name she said was Fatima , she was nothing friendly at all and every time I asked her for something she was rude. Besides that everyone was nice.

The stay was good and the staff very friendly; however, the hotel needs to improve their check in policy. We arrived around 10:00pm, the internet was down, so no payment by credit card was possible, only cash. We didnā€™t have much cash on us and were forced to pay the fist night up front in cash ( basically because where else could we find lodge at the time of the night?). There was no way they allowed us to stay and pay the next day as most hotels do ( despite the fact that they had my credit card on file). That was very stressing! I will think twice about staying here again.

The hotel is great, itā€™s just really outdated, the AC in the rooms smell a little funky and they do not cool down the room completely, definitely needs a major overhaul but I think itā€™s a way better choice than the tropico inn even if itā€™s a smaller hotel, and itā€™s just around the corner from the mall.
