Absolutely worth the stay

This was the most amazing stay I've had in a long time. Raul was amazing and so helpful the entire time I was there. I ended up staying for eleven days because I enjoyed it so much. When I mentioned that I would like a place to do jigsaw puzzles during my stay, Raul set up a table and a lamp in my cabin. Being that the cabins are a little out of town it was so nice for him to take me into town several times. Staying there was very calming and peaceful. His staff including Alma and Luis were wonderful. The grounds with its many flowers and water fountain has rabbits that run through and will eat from you hand. There are plenty of activities for people of all ages. This is such a wonderful place that certainly earned its excellent reviews. Thank you so much, Raul and staff.And I hope to see you again next year.

I had high expectations, looking for a quiet place to rest and sleep. The reality was very different. There was a bonfire near the room we rented, where other guests stayed making noise well past midnight. When I asked about the bonfire schedule, I was told it ended at 10:30 p.m., but that rule was clearly ignored. I reported it to the staff, but they did nothing effective to resolve it. When I tried to make tea, I found the kettle covered in mold — a clear sign of long-standing neglect. Although I ended up heating the water in the microwave, the impression was already very negative. The hair dryer was completely wet and unusable. Moreover, I was assured that the children’s breakfast would be half-price, but all dishes were charged at full adult price. The photos of the place are attractive, but they do not reflect the real experience. Management is poor and hygiene standards are questionable. I do not recommend this place at all. --- Tenia tas expectativas, buscaba un lugar tranquilo para descansar y dormir. La realidad fue muy distinta. Había una fogata cerca de la habitación que alquilamos, donde estaban otros huéspedes haciendo ruido pasando media noche. Pregunte por el horario, este era hasta 10:30. Notifique de esto al staff pero no hicieron nada efectivo para solucionarlo. Habia una tetera con moho, termine usando el microondas pero fue una impresion negativa y de suciedad. Secadora de pelo mojada y el menú de niños lo cobraron completo, como de adultos.

Fuimos con una buena expectativa basándonos en los comentarios y reseñas y no defraudó . Íbamos por una noche y decidimos quedarnos 2 . Las cabañas , áreas de juego , alberca , área para fogata, asador y jacuzzi impecables y mención especial a la atención del personal siempre amables , al pendiente de cualquier duda . Nos recomendaron lugares para comer e incluso para pedir a Domicilio . Sin duda es un lugar al que regresaremos y con más familia .

Es un lugar increíble, tiene mucha armonía, el servicio fue simplemente asombroso 👌 la amabilidad de todo el personal te hace sentir acogido y bienvenido! Las fotos no hacen justicia al hermoso lugar, las cabañas excelentes, amplias y precio bastante razonables. Servicio de masajes y el uso del jacuzzi súper recomendado.
