We love this hotel. It is a very authentic mexican style hotel. This was our third stay here. It is very close to the town center. Air conditioning is great. We have enjoyed the restaurant also.

The location is fabulous - truly in the heart of the city center. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and beds are comfortable. Valet parking was a breeze.

The location is so central in the old city. Is a bit shabby chic but clean. Staff is very helpful and they have an off site private location for valet parking. Have stayed there twice and would definitely stay there again.

Location was excellent. I wish I'd known the room's windows looked into the hallway. No light and no fresh air. If I'd opened curtains people could see into my room. The heat in the room was spotty - the first night it was so cold. The shower was also not great - too hot, too cold...difficult to regulate. And the mornings I wanted breakfast, it was closed despite being told it would be open. Communicating was a challenge as none of the workers spoke any English. But I couldn't beat the location.
